PAPER PEOPLE – portrayed in Rome
Today’s portfolio is a series on paper people looking out on Rome from posters and such.
It illustrates three current trends: street artists are increasingly photocopying artwork and pasting it on the walls rather than stencilling it in spray paint; Italy’s growing presence of foreign-born people; and of course Italians’ perennial and unending obsession with beauty.
Photographs taken in springtime 2012, rome, italy.

Here are photos that, by themselves, are beautiful, but as a series are really outstanding. Well done!
thank you very much 🙂
I usually refrain from photographing commercials, ads and posters or even shop-windows…. but you make all of this look good! Considering though that I am a black & white fan.
i’m more all-or-nothing: i’ll either avoid a subject, or i’ll shoot the hell out of it…
thanks! 🙂
